Air-purge (bubbler) level meter

Purges compressed air to the lowest measuring point and reads its pressure, which is proportional to the water height. Suits earth and concrete dams without vertical access to the water, and can watch several observation wells at once.

Features

• Up to 100 m with centimetre accuracy; for dams and reservoirs whose level moves more than 20 m
• No sensor contact with water; unaffected by silt and algae
• Needs no vertical access to the water and works through an inclined pipe
• Controller with a colour LCD, plus a six-digit display for the control room
• Connects to PCs and DCS, with online logging and display
• Uses: dam and lake levels, sea level at ports and jetties, observation well depth
